Instructions For Use

[Cooking method] Boil time: 2 to 2 minutes and 30 seconds, amount of boiled water: 2 L or more
* 1 serving (100 g of dried noodles)
① Put the noodles in boiling water and stir lightly with a chopstick. Boil for 2 to 2 minutes and 30 seconds with just enough heat to prevent spilling. Please adjust the hardness to your liking while tasting.
② After boiling, pick it up in a colander, wash it with cold water, remove the slime, and drain the water well.
◎ For cold soba: Serve in a bowl, season with your favorite condiments, and enjoy with cold soup.
◎ For warm soba: Soak the soba in water for 2 to 3 seconds, boil it in hot water, and put your favorite ingredients on it.
